The Florida State Association of Free Will Baptists is an association of eight district associations and 55 churches throughout the state of Florida. As a state association, we offer various ministries to our churches and their people. Through our Christian Ministries Board, we sponsor Christian Workers' Conferences, Ministers’ Retreats, and College Scholarships.
The Christian Ministries Board also oversees our State Youth Conference and competition.
Our Florida Free Will Baptist Mission Board oversees our Mission Shares Plan of support which helps support our international and North American missionaries. The Mission Board also oversees the mission works sponsored by our State Association. Currently, the Board is beginning a new church plant in The Villages/ Wildwood area.
Our State's Executive Office coordinates all of our State Association's ministries, plans our annual State Association Meeting; our annual Seniors' Retreat; promotes the overall work of the State Association and publishes our quarterly newsletter, The Coordinator. The office, also, coordinates state ministries with our National Association of Free Will Baptists and its ministries.
Our State Association is also grateful to be affiliated with the Florida Women Active for Christ. As part of the Women Nationally Active For Christ, this ministry promotes and encourages all women to find their role in the Great Commission.
